The view of Arenal volcano from our

room was stunning. The grounds were beautiful, and the staff was friendly. However, breakfast only started at 7 AM, which is late for those with early tours. The packed breakfast option was a nice touch.

I loved how close the hotel was to attractions like Fortuna Park and the Arenal Ecoglide Park, making it super easy to enjoy scenic walks and breathtaking views, especially while relaxing in the natural beauty surrounding my cozy cabin. plus, the friendly staff added a personal touch to my stay that made it even more enjoyable.

The stay included lovely views of the volcano and a fantastic buffet breakfast. However, I encountered issues with mismanagement during a booked excursion that caused confusion. While the staff was generally accommodating, there were moments of service that could be improved.

The bar and restaurant offered a delightful atmosphere, and the buffet breakfast was exceptional, complete with delicious coffee. The staff were friendly and attentive, aiding with tour arrangements and ensuring a pleasant stay.

The only downside was a mismanaged excursion booked through the hotel, which caused confusion and left us waiting unnecessarily.

The staff was super friendly, especially the breakfast team. Loved the omelets! Our only real issue was a rude bartender who didn’t know how to make a proper margarita. Overall, the view was stunning and the pool area was nice.

However, the excursions booked through the hotel were a bit mismanaged. I experienced confusion with timing and had to wait longer than expected after a tour. Another downside was the thin walls in the adjoining rooms, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep with noise from neighbors. I'd recommend this place for the views and amenities, but be cautious with tours here.
